Booking an Appointment
How to book an appointment including including selecting the appointment type, setting availability, and choosing provider preferences.

1. Log In and Open the 'Match Me' Tool

  • Once you have logged in and you are on your dashboard, click the 'Book an Appointment' button. the 'Match Me' window will appear.

2. Select Your Appointment Type

  • Choose the appropriate type of treatment from the list.
    • Important: Ensure you select the correct appointment type.
      • If this is your first appointment, book an Initial Assessment before scheduling a Follow-Up appointment.

 

 

 

3. Set Your Availability and Preferences

Deselect any days or times that are not suitable for you. The Match Me tool will search for providers available at your preferred times.

    • Optional preferences:
      • Provider Gender: Choose if you prefer a male or female provider.
      • Appointment Type: Select whether you prefer a video or voice appointment.

 

 

4. View Available Providers

  • Click the 'Match Me' button after selecting your options to view a list of available providers based on your search criteria.
    • Note: The fewer filters you apply, the more providers will be available for you to choose from.

 

Select a provider from the list to book your appointment.

 

 

5. Review Provider Information

Click on the clinician or therapist's name to read more about them in the provider information section.

 

6. Check Provider Availability

  • View the availability of the clinician or therapist you selected.
  • Change the calendar view to Month, Week, or Day as needed. Available appointments are displayed in blue. Once you find a suitable appointment, click on it then click 'Proceed to Booking Basket'.

 

7. Book Appointment

  • Choose the type of appointment: Video, Voice, or Face-to-Face.
  • Click 'Book Now' to finalise your appointment.
  • You will then receive a pop-up confirmation that the appointment request has been sent to the clinician or therapist.
