Conducting Video Calls
How to conduct video appointment via the platform.

Important Notes:

  • You can start the appointment 15 minutes before its scheduled start time.
  • The patient must be logged in to the booking platform to accept the call.

 

 

Option 1: Starting the video call from 'Appointments'.

  • Navigate to the 'Appointments' section.

  • Ensure you have selected 'Upcoming' appointments to view future appointments.
  • Locate the desired appointment in your list.
  • On the far right-hand side of the appointment entry, you will see the 'Call' button.
    • Note: The 'Call' button is only visible 15 minutes before the appointment start time.
  • Click on the 'Call' button to initiate the video call.

  • After clicking 'Call', you will be taken to the video call screen.
    • The patient will receive a pop-up notification on their side prompting them to accept the call.
    • Once the patient accepts, you can proceed with the appointment.

 

Option 2: Starting the video call from 'Schedule'.

  • Navigate to your 'Schedule' section on the platform.

  • Locate the desired appointment in your schedule. Click on the appointment to open the appointment details pop-up.
  • In the appointment details pop-up, click on 'Start Appointment'.

  • You will be taken to the video call screen.
    • The patient will receive a pop-up notification to accept the call.

 

Patient Point of View

Once the therapist or clinician starts the appointment on their side, an 'Incoming Call' pop-up will appear on the patient's screen. The patient can click on 'Start' to accept the call.
