Viewing Patient Records
How to access and view patient records
- Navigate to the 'Patients' section from the main menu.
- In the search bar, enter the patient's EMIS number. Click 'Search' to locate the patient.
- Click on the patient's EMIS number from the search results. This action will take you directly to the patient's information page.
- Once you're on the patient's information page, you can access various tabs that provide detailed information:
- Appointments - view past and upcoming appointments.
- Health History - access summaries of the patient's care history and treatment plans, and also where you can change the attendance status of an appointment.
- Questionnaires - view any assessments or questionnaires the patient has completed.
- Tenancy - view the patient's contract details to understand the terms of their engagement with the service.
- Recovery Charts - overview of the patient's assessment score so you can monitor their progress.
