Join Your Appointment

1. Wait for Incoming Call:
2. • Once your therapist or clinician starts the appointment on their side, an Incoming Call pop-up will appear for you.
3. Accept the Call:
4. • Click 'Accept' to join the video appointment.

Alternative Method: Manually Start the Appointment

• • If the Incoming Call pop-up does not appear at the time of your appointment:
  • • Go to Upcoming Appointments:
    • • Click on the appointment listed under 'Upcoming Appointments'.
    • Start the Appointment:
    • • A dialog box will appear. Click on 'Start' to enter the appointment.
