Cancelling an Appointment
How to cancel a booked appointment.

1. Select the Appointment to Cancel

  • Log in to your account and navigate to your dashboard. Go to the 'My Appointments' section to view your scheduled appointments.
  • Click on the appointment you wish to cancel.
    • Important: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be deducted from your appointment allowance.

2. Initiate Cancellation

Click the 'Cancel' button associated with the appointment.

3. Confirm Cancellation

  • A prompt will appear asking if you want to 'Confirm Cancellation' or 'Keep Appointment'.
  • Click 'Confirm Cancellation' to proceed with cancelling the appointment. You will receive a pop-up confirmation that the appointment has been cancelled and the status of that appointment will be set to 'Cancelled' on the My Dashboard tab.
