Editing an Existing Appointment
How to edit an existing appointment.

Important: If you cancel or make any other changes to an appointment, the patient will also receive an automated email notification about the cancellation/change.

 

1: Locate the Appointment to Edit

  • Navigate to the 'Appointments' section to view your scheduled appointments.
  • Find the appointment you wish to modify in your list of scheduled appointments.

 

2: Open the Edit Option

  • On the far right side of the appointment entry, click on 'Edit'.
    • This will open a window allowing you to change the date and time of the appointment.

3: Modify the Appointment Details

  • Change Date and Time:
    • Adjust the appointment to the new desired date and time.
  • Review Changes:
    • Ensure all details are correct before saving.
  • Click on 'Update Schedule' to save the modifications.
    • Note: Once you make changes to an existing appointment, the patient will receive an automated email notifying them of the updates.
