Changing the Attendance Status

1: Access the Patient's Health History

  • Navigate to your 'Schedule' to view your appointments.

  • Find the appointment slot you need to update. Click on the slot to open its details.
  • In the appointment details, locate the 'Patient Name' field. Click on the patient's EMIS number displayed next to their name. This action will take you directly to the patient's record.

  • At the top of the patient's record page, click on the 'Health History' tab.

2: Update Attendance Status

  • Within the 'Health History', locate the appointment matching the date and time you need. Click on 'Fill the Note' associated with that appointment.

 

  • Find the 'Attendance' dropdown box.

  • Select the appropriate status from the options.
    • In the 'Appointment Status' field, choose 'No' from the dropdown menu.
      • Note: Select 'YES' only if it is the patient's final appointment.
    • The 'Template' field is currently mandatory. Choose the available option from the dropdown menu.
      • Note: We are not currently using the notes feature but may in the future.
    • Scroll to the bottom of the page. Click 'Save' or 'Save Notes & Send' to finalise.
        • Note: Both buttons perform the same action.
